On Thursday, December 10, 2009, from 5pm-8pm, local business and shops will be participating in the Holiday Stroll to benefit the Matthews Historical Foundation. Tickets are only $10 per person and all proceeds of the event will go towards the Matthews Historical Foundation to make sure that the stunning town of Matthews stays just that...stunning!
The stroll starts at the Depot Building (210 Matthews Station Street) and will end at the Reid House for a prize drawing. All "strollers" must have a wristband and a map to participate. To help guide your way the route will be glowing with luminaries!
Participating businesses and shops may have appetizers, cookies, cakes, candy, beverages, prize drawings, discounts and/or coupons.
