Guests and vendors noshed on mini cupcakes from The Blushing Bakeshop (red velvet and chocolate/mocha were my favorite) and dear readers if you have not tried their cupcakes yet you are FOR REAL missing out! They are YUMMY!
To compliment the cupcakes, Erin Grey Weddings & Events supplied a crisp Sauvignon blanc, buttery Chardonnay, sparkling Prosecco and hand picked domestic and imported beers. The DOC company also arranged baked brie and cucumber sandwiches from High Cotton Catering.
We had several wonderful vendors help with the decor: Erica with Green Shoes Weddings & Events, Lisa with Classic Party Rentals and Carolyn with Carolyn Shepard Design Group.
We were also honored to have two of E.G. Couture's designers on hand for the evening. Ashley from Lilly Belle Invitations (contact for information & pricing) graced us with samples of her work as did Gillian Stevens of Dewdrop Designs. Stevens creates hand made silk screened leather accessories for the bride and bridal party.
The evening would not have been complete without Drea from Cunningham Photo Artist and her cute puppy Lucy, or the super stylish Melissa from Swanky Bride and Charlotte Wedding Magazine's Bride+Groom Blog.
